When you work with us, the first step is for us to come out and give you a quote for your job. When we meet, we will ask you a lot of questions about the details. We want to understand as much as possible about what you are looking to have done and what your expectations are. We'll want to understand what your desired timetable is for completion of the project, and also what your schedule looks like as far as giving us access to the home and your availability to answer additional questions.
We may be able to give you an instant quote, but it's much more likely that it will take a day or two to give you one. We'd prefer to under promise and over deliver than to promise you the moon and fail.
Once we've agreed on all the details, we will work with you to schedule the project. We understand that people have very busy schedules and we will be as flexible as we can to work within the time constraints that are going to better fit in your life. While we do a lot of work as a Wilton painting contractor, we also serve the greater Wilton, CT area. So, we will usually pool together multiple jobs in Wilton at a time.
